Proposals must be submitted on PT-Outline, the dedicated web platform: 

https://secure.pt-dlr.de/ptoutline/app/users/login/EIG_JC1JAPAN

 

Only one of the project leaders (the "Principal Project Leader") should formally submit a proposal on behalf of the whole project consortium. The "Second Project Leader" and the other project partners do not have to submit a seperate proposal to the PT-Outline tool.

There is no need to submit paper copies of the project proposal.

Some funding organisations may ask the applicant to submit a parallel proposal to the funding organisation in line with the national/regional requirements. For further detail, please contact your National/Regional Contact Person (see Joint Call Text).

 

Applicants also have to:

- fill in a Project description (template available in the resources section of the website),

- attach their CV,

- include a list of the 5 most relevant publications of the last ten years of the participating researchers (max. 1 page per researcher),

- include a confirmation letter in case a project partner comes from a country other than the participating funding countries,

and upload it as one PDF file to the electronic submission system.

 

The deadline is Thursday 28th April 2016, 12:00 (midday) CET, i.e. 20:00 Japanese time. Wednesday 27th July 2016, 12:00 (midday) CET, i.e. 20:00 Japanese time.
