Proposals must be submitted through PT-Outline, the dedicated web platform: 

https://secure.pt-dlr.de/ptoutline/app/eig_jc2018

Only one of the project leaders (the "Principal Project Leader") should formally submit a proposal on behalf of the whole project consortium. The "Second Project Leader" and the other project partners do not have to submit a seperate proposal to the PT-Outline tool.

There is no need to submit paper copies of the project proposal.

Some funding organisations may ask the applicant to submit a parallel proposal to the funding organisation in line with the national/regional requirements. For further details, please contact your National/Regional Contact Person (see part 3 of the call text).

Applicants also have to:

- fill in a Project description (to do so, please use the template provided below)

- attach their CV

- include a list of the 5 most relevant publications of the last ten years of the participating researchers (max. 1 page per researcher)

- include a confirmation letter in case a project partner comes from a country other than the participating funding countries

and upload it as one PDF file to the electronic submission system.

The deadline is Monday, 11 June 2018, 12:00 (midday) CEST, i.e. 19:00 Japanese time.
